What does it take to request a commission from you? Does being a patreon member make any difference?

Racoon-kun used to take commissions through messaging them on Deviantart (that's how I got all my commissions requests accepted) but has had requests closed for a while now, I assume because the backlog was growing very long. I still have 2 commissions I paid for more than a year ago that I am waiting to be completed (not saying this to complain; there were many other open commissions, plus I understand that Racoon-kun likely cannot spend much time now working on art for us)

Has Racoon-kun messaged anyone recently? He hasn't gotten back to me in a while now. I hope he's ok.

One of thier posts earlier mentioned the sanction situation. Hope they are fine as well.
