Thank you guys so much for your support for joining me on Patreon. I feel so lucky to have you all and that you’re so understanding and sweet whenever I have health issues. I posted a little about it but I’ve been sick AGAIN. Genuinely no idea where tf I could have got it, I am barely around people so it had to have been from a grocery store or something. I also got my flu shot this year and it’s barely helped so wth. luckily I was able to get it together to cosplay for the aot show (it had been like a week since I’d gotten sick I just had leftover congestion) by the end of it my ears were so clogged it was hard to hear, but luckily it was so loud it got through 😭.
The concert was so amazing. I’ve said this before but I played violin for about 10 years so I absolutely love seeing orchestras in person. They had a full string orchestra, guitars, drums, keyboard and pianist, choir and a female vocalist who was soooo talented. As far as pieces go, this arrangement had some HARD stuff in it technically at least for the first chair cellist and violinist who absolutely nailed it (I can’t speak to the other instruments cause I’m not sure what is difficult technically) . The first half before intermission was all season1-3 music which to me is the most nostalgic and I genuinely started tearing up at the very first song. I can’t remember all the pieces it was honestly pretty long, but I think I preferred the first to the second half because it was all Season 4 stuff which is really good still but not as quintessential in my opinion. So many people were in cosplay too it was so awesome. Overall I had a really nice time, just wish my ears were clear but I might’ve ascended if that happened.
