Here's my question, if we follow the movie's logic, would they start swapping bodies?

I mean, Spooky island inhabitants couldn't really step out into daylight before. It makes sense that they'd be zealous about soaking in rays. Perviness aside, it seems like it could be an extreme form of gratitude? If we'd never had to worry about sun burn again, how many people would bother with sun screen? But here's something to think about. Lena's body is clothed. But Lena, herself, feels naked. Bianca has Sarah's body, wearing a V shaped bikini. But Bianca feels entirely comfortable with the present situation. Think about that for a second? There's gotta be some kind of meta joke in there somewhere?
